Payment

• When booking a guided tour with GoLocalWithUs we will send you an invoice. Once it is paid we will send you our confirmation. 
• We accept bank transfer and payment with international payment cards.

  Any charges that may occur in connection with the transfer lie with the customer.

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel a confirmed booking up to 72 hours before the tour, we charge 25% as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel a confirmed booking 72 hours or less before the tour or in case of a “no show” there will be no refund
• In the rare event that we have to cancel the tour – e.g. in case of very bad weather – you will receive full refund.

Limitations of Liability

• By submitting a booking request through GoLocalWithUs you agree that you will not hold GoLocalWithUs liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage, theft or personal loss.
• You assume all risks associated with the bike, walk or boat tour such as for example falls, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you.
